ConverseNow Incentivized Call Flows

In response to a critical stakeholder request to incentivize customers to order through AI and to improve customer retention, I designed a call flow to visualize the stakeholder's input on various types of incentives for customers who object to AI or who exceed an acceptable call time threshold with offers of free items and discounts.
